Mike has 35 years of experience in the construction industry, having managed large industrial and commercial projects in many different delivery methods. Mike has extensive experience managing projects outside the U.S. He has experience working with private industry and Government organizations. He has over 15 years managing large, complex Energy Savings Performance Contracts. Extensive experience with implementing a broad range of energy conservation measures. Understands all phases of an ESPC project. Possesses an ability to understand Customer needs and meet their expectations during the implementation phase of a project.
Ted has 36 years of experience. His strengths are customer-focused, results-driven project management with extensive experience leading global projects and mission-critical operations in a wide range of small ($50K) to large ($8B) environments. He has core expertise in supply chain, financial, and customer relationship management. He has a strategic business sense with an extensive background in finance, cost controls, planning, and negotiations, with the ability to deliver projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
William has 33 years experience and has achieved the knowledge and understanding of the inter-relationship between engineering and construction, and the importance of balancing these interests to meet the client’s goals and expectations. He is recognized for high ethical standards and fairness in dealing with individuals and groups, as well as maintaining highly effective work standards in demanding environments. William exercises a conservative approach and watchful eye while requiring projects to be completed correctly and on time.
