About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its executive leadership team. The CMO will be responsible for inspiring and leading the clinical staff to ensure timely access to high-quality medical care for patients. This includes driving clinical systems improvements, overseeing the recruitment and retention of providers, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of efforts to create a team-based, patient-centered service and care delivery model, with a focus on leveraging a diverse and highly trained team to address health disparities. The CMO will also play a key role in advancing the integration of clinical care and public health programs to provide a comprehensive array of services that support the health and well-being of the community. The ideal CMO for the company will be a physician with a strong background in primary care and experience in multidisciplinary clinical environments, particularly those that include behavioral health. A passion for serving a diverse community and a commitment to improving systems for the benefit of the community is essential. The role requires a leader with strong communication and relationship skills, who can ensure transparency and collaboration, and who is dedicated to the mission of the organization. Understanding the culture and values of the staff, particularly in relation to serving vulnerable populations, and the ability to partner across all functions of the organization will be critical for the CMO's success.
