Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Mill Operator 2nd shift to join their team. As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Mill Operator 2nd shift

Location: Fenton, MO

Pay Range: $26.00 + $1.00 rate differential

Shift: 2nd Shift: MONDAY - THURSDAY 2:15PM-12:45AM (4) (10) hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Set up, layout, and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
• Position and secure tools and workpieces in holding devices, machine tables, or fixtures.
• Observe machine operations and verify conformity of machined workpieces to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following all safety policies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of previous CNC experience preferred.
• Ability to read precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for 90% of the shift.
