We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is eager to learn, and seeks to build a career in a supportive environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services, properties, and procedures
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions and transactions
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and property viewings
  • Support senior customer service representatives and other departments as needed
  • Identify client needs and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction
  • Help maintain a clean and organized customer service environment
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (MS Office, etc.)
  • Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
