What You'll Do:

As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

• Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options

Who We're Looking For:

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business

Responsibilities

•Attend weekly training sessions and workshops
•Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads
•Practice client conversations and objection-handling techniques
•Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours
•Track daily activity and performance in the provided systems
•Commit to ongoing learning and development

Qualifications

•No prior experience required; training provided
•Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
•Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
•Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
•Self-starter with a positive attitude
•Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation KW Pueblo
