Description:

As a Garage door installer, you will be responsible to maintain and repair garage door systems.

Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace existing garage door, side rails and repair or replace garage door operator.
• Must be familiar with national brand operators, push pads and transmitters.
• Assist maintenance staff when needed property.
• Use and maintain maintenance equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Maintain an inventory of garage supplies and communicate needs to the management team.
• Respond promptly to any garage-related concerns or requests from residents.
