You'll be directly involved in shaping the visual narrative of seasonal campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint, from digital ads and social media to in-store displays. Your creativity will shine as you contribute to concept development, create mood boards, and transform ideas into captivating visuals.
What You'll Do:

  • Design eye-catching graphics for various channels, including social media, email, digital ads, and in-store signage.
  • Execute seasonal campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and a keen eye for detail.
  • Uphold and apply brand identity and design standards.
  • Contribute to creative concepting sessions, sharing inspiration and mood boards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with efficiency.
  • Prepare and organize design files for review and production.
  • Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for different formats and platforms.
  • Incorporate feedback from senior designers and art directors to refine your work.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and fellow Designers to ensure cohesive designs.
  • Actively participate in creative team meetings and brainstorms.
  • Partner with production teams to guarantee accurate and production-ready files.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Seek feedback to continuously improve design skills and brand understanding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's target customer, aesthetic, and visual storytelling approach.
Must-Haves:
  • 0-2 years of design experience (internships or freelance work welcome), ideally in retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • A compelling design portfolio showcasing skills in layout, typography, and brand application.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Figma and motion graphics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.43 to $32.71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
