Job Description
Inventory Management (40%)
•Assist in order processing and maintaining inventory databases
•Create Purchase Requisitions for Marketing and other departments
•Help with maintaining swag inventory, allocations and intake
•Ensure that swag and inventory are in inventory ahead of events and prepare them for deployment
Administration (30%)
•Responsible for sending out Marketing meeting invitations company wide
•Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
•Capture meeting notes and deliver meeting minutes to Marketing Team, manage meeting flow/timeline
Promotions/Marketing (30%)
•Uploads In-Store Sales Event calendar to the company website for promotion
•Actively look for ways to improve processes and bring new ideas
•Support logistics and event planning for ISSE’s, Company owned events, MVE’s and trade shows
•Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations

•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to work in teams or on an individual basis
•Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff
•Great organizational and problem-solving skills
•Great communication skills
•Detail-oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision
•Familiarity with CRM software (ZenDesk, NetSuite)
•Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
•Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Monday.com)
Education & Experience Requirements
•One to 2 years of related experience required
•Associate’s degree in marketing, Business or related field preferred
•Spanish speaking preferred
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30PM
Up to $20 Temp / $21.50 - $24 Perm - Depending on experience and performance
