Product Manager - US Business Deposit Products - GTM, Global Transaction Banking - New York, NY Global Transaction Banking (GTB) is the payments and transaction engine of Scotiabank. We support Corporate and Commercial clients with effective treasury management solutions coupled with a best-in-class service model, making it easy for clients to do business with us. The Product Manager – US Business Deposit Products - GTM is accountable for supporting the ideation, planning, defining and executing of the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and tactical plans for US-domiciled Business Deposit Products. This role will also be supporting with the migration (and related activities) of existing clients from the legacy DDA platform over to the new US DDA core banking platform. Accountabilities: Leads and drives a customer-first culture to bring in new clients to the Bank, deepen existing client relationships and improve client experience. Works with the Senior Manager (GTM) and the Product Owners in conceptualizing, developing, supporting and implementing the GTM strategies for the US Business Deposit Products. Supports the Director – US Business Deposit Products, the Product Owner(s), the GTM and Commercialization teams, Sales teams, and partner teams by managing the end-to-end GTM lifecycle for new and existing clients. Responsible for supporting the GTM and promotion plans of the US-domiciled deposit products and related solutions. Generating customer insights and market benchmarking. Generating internal insights to strengthen the GTM approach and offering. Identifying product education and training needs for the sales teams. Outline, track and support the execution of the E2E GTM strategy and project plan. Managing partner, business line, sales and vendor relationships for the portfolio. Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team. Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience managing GTM initiatives for transaction banking products, specifically business banking products. Knowledge of business deposit products, industry trends and practices. Product management experience is an asset. University Degree in business or economics (MBA an asset).
