Production Operator (2nd Shift)
Job Title: Relief SMC Operator
Wage: $25.47 hour plus night shift and Sunday premiums
Location city, state : Kiel, Wisconsin
Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (Start and End times may vary based on production needs)
Overtime: Eligible for overtime after 8 hours
Schedule : 10 days on & 4 days off
$2500 Sign-on Bonus
You will receive a sign-on bonus of $500.00 after 60 days of employment. After six months of employment, you will receive a $1,000.00 retention bonus, and after one year of employment you'll receive your second payment of your retention bonus of $1,000.00. All totaled you will receive $2,500.00 in sign-on and retention bonuses.
JOB DESCIPTION:
The Relief SMC Operator is the front-line employee who is responsible for monitoring the manufacturing processes involving the SMC, DMC, Towers, Salt Process, Fines Saver, Boxer and Curb Distribution Tank (CDT); to add value and quality inputs and create the final high-quality product that Land O’Lakes Is known for. In all stages of production safety, attention to detail, quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.
