Adecco is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner II located in Loves Park, IL. This role would be on 1st shift from 7:30/8:00am (8 hour shift). This opportunity would be onsite for 3 days/week and 2 days remote. Pay is based on experience from $36-41/hr. This is a temp to hire role.

3-5 years of previous experience is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the organization.

• Partnering with other TA Partners to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process

• Works closely with TA Partners and the Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.

Key Skills:

• Ability to identify, attract, and engage potential candidates using various sourcing channels and techniques.

• Ability to effectively screen and select candidates based on job requirements, skills, and experience.

• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates’ fit with the organization.

• Ability to promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent.

• Ability to support the recruitment life cycle, in partnership with TA Partners, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize the recruitment process.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

• Ability to use recruitment software and tools to manage the recruitment process.

• Experience in Manufacturing preferred

Pay Details: $36.00 to $41.00 per hour
