Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Controller to join their team. As a Controller, you will be part of the financial leadership supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Controller

Location: Portage, WI

Pay Range: $30.00+ per hour DOE

Shift: Days (08:00-17:00)

What's the Job?

• Lead the adherence to financial policies and internal controls to support business growth.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to align with strategic objectives.
• Manage the annual RF1/3 forecast and budgeting process, ensuring accurate variance explanations.
• Oversee month-end close processes and ensure the integrity of the balance sheet.
• Promote a safe working environment and comply with environmental management system requirements.

What's Needed?

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify problem areas quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
