As a Charity Events Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our outreach and fundraising team, supporting the planning and execution of events for well-known nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating charity events , fundraisers , and community outreach campaigns

• Handle event logistics : setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and on-site support

• Interact with attendees, donors, and community members to raise awareness and encourage support

• Maintain event materials, manage inventory, and ensure smooth event flow

• Input and update donor/event data in CRM systems and support post-event reporting

• Collaborate with nonprofit partners and internal teams to meet campaign objectives

• Participate in regular team meetings and training to develop your skills
