Position Title: Financial Analyst
Location: 15821 Ventura Blvd Ste 520, Encino, CA 91436 (Hybrid/Remote within commutable distance of Los Angeles)
Start Date: 08/25/ 2025
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday, 5x8 (08:00 AM 05:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Performing financial modeling to evaluate contract changes and new reimbursement models
Analyzing managed care contracts for financial optimization and regulatory compliance
Producing high-impact reports and presentations for senior leadership
Providing strategic insight into key financial metrics and contract performance
Supporting cross-functional teams with managed care analytics and forecasting
Ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and internal standards
Translating complex data into actionable insights for program development and strategic initiatives
Creating and maintaining Excel-based financial models and reporting tools
Standardizing internal reports and improving reporting efficiency
Conducting benchmarking and trend analyses to identify improvement opportunities
Preparing project updates with strategic recommendations and financial summaries
Collaborating with internal teams to address analytical and operational challenges
Developing presentations and reports tailored for leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of financial analysis and reporting experience
Prior experience in a healthcare or managed care setting required
Proficiency in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD/Dx coding systems
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
