Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong background in infrastructure modernization and system integration
• Experience with compliance controls and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of vendor management and contract negotiations
• Strategic planning and project management expertise
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and drive organizational change
• Located in Chicago area or willing to relocate

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in railroad, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Knowledge of automation and AI implementation strategies
• Previous experience leading digital transformation initiatives
• Background in legacy system modernization
• Familiarity with enterprise-level technology solutions
